VINIFICATION : Careful destemming to preserve the aromas. 4 days maceration to preserve the crisp fruity notes. Fermented in stainless steel. Unfiltered.

WHEN TO DRINK IT? Best enjoyed on the freshness of its youth in the 4 years following the bottling.

TASTING NOTES : Expressive fruit notes on the nose: cherries and strawberries. Fresh, crisp and light in mouth.

PAIRING : great summer wine : try it with salads, cold cuts, or with a barbecue.

HOW TO SERVE IT : At 10°C. Better when opened an hour before pouring. There can be some natural CO2, please decant if too much. Some lees in the bottles do not affect the quality of the wine.
